I dont know if it is like this already, but better suggest than nothing 
I suggest making the GM Applications forum for people to be able to create threads, but not reply. In that way we prevent from people posting on other's GM applications and it's a bit more organized. Of course, allow GMs to post on the applications for replies on them or whatever.
Same for Forum Moderator appliactions, but GMs wouldn't be allowed to post either, but Moderators and Administrators would.
Of course this is a suggestion for the future when the GM Applications are opened.
