Bug for Rings

Hey, I have a bug with the !ring command for GMs.
It only works once and won't work again.
The syntax is !ring <ign> <ign> <type of ring>

u gotta remove the first 1 but u have 2 tell me first, i gotta delete your names from the rings table in the sql
